The review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we have received and divide that total by the number of reviews we have received. In addition, guests can give separate scores in key areas, such as location, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free wi-fi. Guests submit their scores independently, so there is no direct link between them.
If you stayed at the property but did n’t actually stay there, you can review it. If you would like to change a review you have already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
There are people and automated systems that detect fake reviews. If we find any, we take action against whoever is responsible.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they are 36 months old.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors. By the time of year, review score, etc, you can sort and/or filter them.
We show external review scores from other travel websites. We make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be related to travel. The most helpful contributions help others make better decisions. Personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary should not be included. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Try not to use profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling. Comments and media that include ‘hate speech ‘, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
The content should be unique to the guest. Reviews that are original and unbiased are the most valuable. Your contribution should be yours. Booking is done. In exchange for reviews, property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives. The rating of a competitor will not be brought down by submitting a negative review.
The privacy of others should be respected. Booking is done. com will attempt to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to : your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. By type of traveller, additional sorting options may be available.
