Most of my wedding flowers are custom orders from you and the bride. I have items that are readily available. I can accommodate rush orders and last minute situations. These are dependent on my work load and availability. It takes about 4 – 6 weeks to complete a custom wedding. When ordering my current work time frame, I will let you know. Sometimes my first design may need detail adjustments according to what you like, I am flexible when it comes to creating for you. There are revision labor fees of $ 100 per change if more major changes are needed. All custom work requires a deposit of at least 1/2 of the total price. There are no refunds on these deposits. Once I receive your deposit, I purchase my supplies and materials to start developing your designs, and I am limited to a limited number of wedding orders, so the deposit also reserves your date. If there are unusual circumstances, I try to work with you. I can get your satisfication with your order. You are sent pictures of your floral order before final shipping, and I will make slight changes according to your liking, even after you have paid a deposit. Change out fees could occur if you make major changes to your custom order. I charge a Rush Order Fee on orders that I need to custom make that are not in stock or changes to existing stock that need to ship within 48 hours of purchase. The fee is based on the complexity of the customization and is agreed upon between myself and the buyer before payment is made. If you have questions about rush orders, please contact me. Special Rush Orders are dependent on my schedule and supply availability. I communicate closely with you. The product is not available as pictured. I offer other options and communicate well with you. Some of those decisions can be left to me. I do my best work with creativity and flexibility, keeping in mind your individual tastes, and I usually get a good feel of what you like. I do n’t color correct most of the pics taken outside. I try to have my pictures as accurate as possible, but certain colors can change in photography. If you ever have a question about the true shade of a color, I can mail you a blossom/swatch to give you a better idea. Sometimes brides prefer to purchase a sample of a bouquet before making a final decision. It ‘s helpful to defray disappointment in a quantity order with this idea. The shipping price can be high. I need to pack properly in large boxes because silk florals are fragile. USPS Priority Mail and USPS Air Mail are shipped within the US. I try to combine shipping to save you money. I have great success with USPS and everything is insured for damage. It ‘s mostly due to my knack for style and color, but also to my communication and working off pics between us. You will be able to see pics of your order before I send it. It ‘s difficult to return custom creations designed just for you, so refunds are at my discretion. I work to meet your satisfaction. Superb Customer Service is very important to me, as well as your 100 % satisfaction. Any questions or concerns, feel free to e-mail me directly at AmoreBrideB @ gmail Do n’t forget the letter B at the end of the wedding.
