In the event of heavy or oversized orders going to overseas destinations, these shipping tariffs will not be enough to cover our costs. We will contact you and ask you to pay a postage surcharge to match our shipping costs for your order.

We will cancel your order if you do n’t pay the surcharge. We will hold your order for seven days and then cancel it if we do n’t hear back from you.

The policy is returned.

Please inform our customer service team at customerservice @ temptationgifts if you would like to return an item. The goods must be received within 14 days. You will be asked to send the item back to us. If the product has been damaged or received incorrect, you can call our customer service or email us to request a pre-paid returns label. If you decide to return an item as unwanted, please send it back to us at your expense with a proof of postage.

You will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in a re-saleable condition, so please ensure they are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely. All returns are processed within five working days of them being received and include the following information : Your order number, if you need a replacement or refund, and the reason for the return. Allow 1-2 working days for refunds to be processed back into your account.

We are only able to accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty.
