ox eye daisy fritters

Ox-Eye Daisies are an abundant wild flower that thrives in fields, meadow, and other disturbed areas. In backyards, parks, and out in the wild, it is a familiar plant with a sun-yellow central disc and white ray florets.

Ox-eye daisies can be eaten raw, added to dishes for decoration, or cooked in a variety of ways.

There are better ways to enjoy the flowers than adding them to a salad. I think most people enjoy a good fried food.

Ox-eye daisies have a slightly sweet, slightly peppery taste that is a great addition to any meal.
